Neurodivergent Group Therapy

A therapy and skills development program for neurodivergent adults in Canberra and the surrounding areas.

Research has shown that group therapy is particularly suited for neurodivergent individuals as it fosters connection and encourages accountability among participants.

Each month, I will cover a different topic and include psychoeducation, strategies, and coping mechanisms to help manage the challenges of living with a neurodivergent condition

Additionally, each participant will have a 50-minute individual session per month and access to a private, confidential online chat forum where they can ask questions, organize body doubling sessions, share thoughts and experiences, and provide support and accountability for everyone in the group.

To join you must pre-register for the program. This is to ensure confidentiality of participants and provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for all.

While you do not need a referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP to attend.

If you are a new to counselling or have not seen me as a client previously you will need to attend an initial consultation with a counsellor prior to group registration to determine suitability of the group for your needs.

Cost:  $180/per month payable in advance

Includes one 50 minute Individual session (IAny additional sessions will attract an additional fee.)

his program is not covered by Medicare but if you have eligible private health insurance or NDIS funding, you might be eligible for a rebate.
