Individual Counselling
Individual counselling (sometimes called as psychotherapy talk therapy) is a process whereby an individual works one on one with a trained counsellor to explore their feelings, beliefs or behaviours. deal with challenging situations or influential memories or just seek assistance in making a positive hange in their daily lives.

Each session usually runs for around 60-90 minutes depending on your specific needs and issues and you do not need a mental health treatment plan from your GP to see a counsellor.
