Kelly Kelbrick

Kelly Kelbrick is a Master of Counselling student at the University of Canberra currently on placement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Counselling, and is pursuing a Master of Psychology. Additionally, she has a Certificate IV in Mental Health and a Diploma in Business.

 

Kelly specialises in sub-acute mental health, addressing issues such as domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and suicide prevention. She employs various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. 

 

Kelly has a personal interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and those navigating complex emotional landscapes. She is particularly passionate about helping clients develop resilience and coping strategies, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
